Kino is our fearless leader, most seasoned partner, and professional tour guide. Kino has been responsible for some of the largest Tenant rollouts in NM including 47 Starbucks locations, 10 Ross stores (with double that number on the 5 year plan), Sportsmans Warehouse, and Wendy’s. He has also been instrumental in selling some of the largest shopping centers in the region.

Kino is an exceptional salesperson, always acting with honesty and integrity...just ask any of his clients! Kino is one of the happiest and most positive people you will ever meet. He’s also a well known artist, having his paintings displayed throughout NM. He has 2 amazing kids that he chases down the ski slopes. He’s an avid runner and KTM fanatic!

David (“Chavo”) is our Qualifying Broker at Base 5. He has nearly 20 years of experience working with Landlords, national tenant rep accounts, and selling both multi-tenant and NNN assets. A few of his current accounts including Ross, Wendy’s, Jersey Mike’s, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Global Net Lease, and KIMCO. He has excellent marketing, technical, and process skills...so basically he’s the glue that keeps our big projects on track. Chavo has a positive attitude, an unmatched drive and work ethic, but still finds time for some fun. When he’s not holding down the fort at B5 world headquarters, he enjoys being in the mountains. He loves to ski, mountain bike, and has hiked over 20 Colorado 14ers!

Ariana is our leasing specialist and our in-house travel consultant; an Albuquerque native, but ask her about any place in the world and she’s probably been there. With her background as an international, corporate travel director, she brings a wealth of experience in interacting and negotiating with people from all walks of life, from Fortune 500 Companies to those indispensable local small businesses. However large or small your leasing needs, Ariana is your go-to-girl. When not dovetailing that perfect tenant into your property, she can be found with her two children mountain biking and hiking the mountain trails or enjoying a round of golf with her Brit of a husband. A former ski instructor, kayaker, raft guide and wrangler, you can always depend on Ariana to lasso that dream tenant.

Brandon has been in the commercial real estate business his entire life. He is a multi dimensional broker that understands the acquisition, disposition and management of commercial real estate. Brandon has been involved in several significant transactions throughout the state and has represented both national and local tenants. What sets Brandon apart is his ability to lease and sales assets that are challenging through non-traditional marketing. Brandon utilizes technology and relationships to maximize results for his clients. His skills do not only extend to commercial real estate, Brandon is a local pro when it comes to skiing, mountain biking and golfing. Brandon is a New Mexico native and enjoys every aspect of the Southwest.
