David (“Chavo”) is our Qualifying Broker at Base 5. He has 20 years of experience working with Landlords, national tenant rep accounts, and selling both multi-tenant and NNN assets. A few of his current accounts include Ross, Jersey Mike’s, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Dave’s Hot Chicken, ULTA, First Watch, Marco’s Pizza, KIMCO, and Simon CRE. He has excellent marketing, technical, and process skills and keeps our big projects on track. Chavo has a positive attitude, strong drive & work ethic, but still finds time for some fun. When he’s not holding down the fort at B5 world headquarters, he enjoys spending time in the mountains. He loves to ski, mountain bike, fly fish, has hiked 30 Colorado 14ers and the highest summit in the lower 48 (Mt Whitney)!

Brandon has been in the commercial real estate business his entire life. He is a multi dimensional broker that understands the acquisition, disposition and management of commercial real estate. Brandon has been involved in several significant transactions throughout the state and has represented both national and local tenants. What sets Brandon apart is his ability to lease and sales assets that are challenging through non-traditional marketing. Brandon utilizes technology and relationships to maximize results for his clients. His skills do not only extend to commercial real estate, Brandon is a local pro when it comes to skiing, mountain biking and golfing.
