We have assisted JPMC with market strategy, have rolled out 10 branch locations, ATM locations, and more in the pipeline. Site requirements: +/- 1 acre pad site to accommodate a 3,000 SF freestanding building with drive-up ATM. Will consider markets throughout New Mexico.


Base 5 is the exclusive broker for Ross & dd’s Discounts in the State of New Mexico and El Paso TX. We have completed 28 locations in these markets over the past 15 years. Site requirements: 20,000 - 25,000 SF with softgoods co-tenancy.


SimonCRE is a full-service commercial real estate development and acquisition firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Founded by CEO Joshua Simon, the company specializes in retail ground-up development, redevelopment, and build-to-suit projects. Base 5 Retail recently brokered SimonCRE’s acquisition of Cottonwood Corners, a 220,000-square-foot retail center currently being redeveloped with new anchors and tenants. Additionally, Base 5 serves as the local leasing team for Lobo Village, a 350,000-square-foot ground-up development that is already more than 90% pre-leased.


Our team has worked with several franchisees throughout New Mexico and El Paso, expanding their store count to 19 locations and counting. We have helped the corporate real estate department with extensive market strategy, data analysis, site selection, and deal negotiations. Site requirements: 1,200 - 1,800 SF, end-cap strongly preferred. Looking for anchored-sites along a high traffic corridor.
