We have added 14 new stores in our region in the last 5 years, and have another 10 stores currently at lease or LOI stage. Stores include typical 25,000 SF Ross and 22,000 dd’s Discounts.

Wendy’s recently completed a major expansion throughout NM and El Paso with a strategic growth plan created by Base 5. The brokers were responsible for contract negotiations and site development including coordination of architects, engineers, City representatives, contractors, and internal protocol.
