We have added 14 new stores in our region in the last 5 years. Stores include typical 25,000 SF Ross and 22,000 dd’s Discounts. Our services include identifying strategic locations that meet specific company demographics and economic targets. Broker responsible for negotiating complex letter of intent form, and coordinating timing, design, and costs for national client.

Kino and Chavo are the tenant representation brokers for JP Morgan Chase Bank throughout NM and El Paso. Chase is entering the market in 2021, with 6 planned bank branches in the first 12 months. Looking at pad sites, existing bank buildings, and end-caps at prominent intersections.

Base 5 is the listing broker for CIM with 3 anchored shopping centers currently being marketed. In 2021, we have successfully back-filled a 48,000 SF space at Cottonwood Commons, a 28,000 SF space at Ventura Place, and pending lease to bring Plaza San Mateo to 100% occupancy.

Base 5 is the exclusive broker for Wendy’s International and one of their largest franchisees in NM and El Paso. Wendy’s currently expanding throughout NM and El Paso with strategic growth plan. We have added several new Wendy’s stores in our region in the last 2 years. In addition, we have advised the Wendy’s franchisee on the purchase existing real estate, and successfully sold 10 of their locations as NNN sale-leaseback investment deals. Broker responsible for contract negotiations and site development including coordination of architects, engineers, City representatives, contractors, and internal protocol.
